Salon Policies

Payment / Deposits

•We accept cash, Debit Card, Master Card, Visa, & American Express.

•A credit card is required to hold a spa day of services & Up-Do Styles.

•A 50% deposit is required at the time of scheduling for wedding parties.

•When scheduling please inquire about prices as they are subject to change without notice.

•All sales are final. There are no refunds on services or gift certificates.

•Products must be returned within two weeks of purchase.

•Exchanges may be made on unopened products only.

 

Children

•Our goal is your child’s safety and the opportunity for our technicians to give their complete focus to each client

•Children are not permitted in the service areas unless they are receiving a service themselves.

•Children waiting in the reception area need to be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times while in the salon.

 

Appointments / Scheduling / Cancellations

•A minimum of 24 hours is appropriate notice for all cancellations or schedule changes. Clients will be billed for scheduled appointments not cancelled with the appropriate notice. If appropriate cancellation notice is not given; gift certificates on file will be redeemed for the amount of services missed.

•We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable and we’ll try our very best to accommodate every customer. However, depending upon circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service.

•Please be advised that multiple spa services are typically scheduled 6-8 weeks in advance. Clients are required to provide credit card details in order to secure the appointment.
