
A minimum of 24 hours is appropriate notice for all cancellations or schedule changes. Clients will be billed for scheduled appointments not cancelled with the appropriate notice. If appropriate cancellation notice is not given, gift certificates or gift cards on file will be redeemed for the amount of services missed.
We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable and we will try our very best to accommodate every customer. However, depending upon circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service.
Please be advised that multiple spa services are typically scheduled 6-8 weeks in advance. Clients are required to provide credit card details in order to secure an appointment.
