Policies

Your appointments, scheduling, and cancellations
A minimum of 24 hours notice is appropriate for all cancellations or schedule changes. Clients will be billed for scheduled appointments not cancelled with the appropriate notice. If appropriate cancellation notice is not given, gift certificates or gift cards on file will be redeemed for the amount of services missed.

We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable and we'll try our very best to accommodate every customer. However, depending upon circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service.

Please be advised that multiple spa services are typically scheduled 6-8 weeks in advance. Clients are required to provide credit card details in order to secure the appointment.

Payment and Deposits
  • We accept cash, Debit Card, Master Card, Visa, and American Express.
  • A credit card is required to schedule a spa day of services, formal hair styles, & Up-Do styles.
  • Wedding Parties require a 50% deposit at the time of scheduling.
  • Products must be returned within two weeks of purchase, for merchandise credit only.
  • Exchanges may be made on unopened products only.
  • All sales are final. There are no refunds on services, gift certificates, or gift cards.
  • When scheduling an appointment, please inquire about prices as they are subject to change.
Children In The Salon
  • Our goal is to ensure your child's safety and to provide an environment in which our technicians can focus completely on each of their clients.
  • Children are not permitted in the service areas unless they are receiving a service themselves.
  • Children MUST be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times, whether waiting in the reception area or receiving a service.
Beginning at age 12, adult pricing applies.

Spa Etiquette
We want your spa experience to be as enjoyable as possible. Following these guidelines will help ensure that you receive the maximum benefit from your service.
  • We ask you to arrive 20 minutes prior to your spa appointment. This will allow you time to change for your appointment and start to relax before your service begins.
  • Lockers are provided for your personal belongings.
  • Please leave jewelry at home. We are not responsible for any lost jewelry.
  • Please refrain from participating in invigorating activities after heat services.
  • Pregnant women should not schedule any heat services.
  • Children are not permitted in the spa, unless they are receiving a service themselves.
  • Please bring a bathing suit for hydrotherapy services.
  • We recommend you drink plenty of water before and after your spa visits.
  • A complimentary steam shower is available prior to all massage therapy. Please be sure to let the receptionist know when scheduling that you would like to have the steam shower.
When having a pedicure, don't forget to bring your sandals.

A 15%-20% gratuity is customary for a job well done.
